The apartment had all the necessary amenities and a charming welcome tray. The leak we encountered was handled quickly, and the flowers sent as an apology were unnecessary but appreciated. Great location for exploring Alnwick and nearby attractions.
Oh, the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking. just kidding, it was underwhelming.

Our stay at Malthouse Villa was absolutely brilliant. The apartment was modern, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore Alnwick Gardens and enjoy the local dining scene. The town itself served as a perfect base for us to venture out to Bamburgh, Hadrian's Wall, and Durham, experiencing the best of Northumberland. The building was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We even had our own parking space, a convenient feature. The welcome tray with a bottle of Alnwick ale was a nice touch, and the efficient resolution of a minor issue with a leak from a pipe showcased the excellent service provided by the agents. The bunch of flowers sent as an apology was much appreciated, although unnecessary as our stay was not affected in any way. We look forward to returning later in the year and hopefully staying at Malthouse Villa again.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment, perfect for lazy cooks like me. Comfy sofas for post-sightseeing relaxation. Great location and quiet building. Alnwick is a delight with its impressive castle, stunning gardens, and charming bookshop. Good shopping and a market. Central location with parking and near the bus station.
Oh, I just can't stand the lack of a view from the balcony and the hassle of having to book a restaurant in advance. Such a burden!

Modern, cosy apartment with a bottle of ale on arrival. Fast resolution of a leak that totally didn't spoil my stay. Lovely flowers, but unnecessary. Can't wait to return!
Oh, just a small thing. more food storage in the kitchen would've been nice, but hey, I made do with the worktop.

The apartment was absolutely amazing - modern and cosy with a mind-blowing welcome tray including a bottle of local ale. The building was centrally located with a lift, and even though we had a minor issue with a leak, it was resolved in a fast and efficient manner. The bunch of flowers sent as an apology was a super touch, although unnecessary as it didn't affect our stay at all. We can't wait to return later this year and hopefully stay in the same apartment. It had everything we needed, with a great kitchen layout, comfy sofas, and it was in a quiet and clean block. The location was perfect for exploring the brilliant attractions of Alnwick, such as the jaw-dropping gardens and the second largest castle in England. The town itself had good shops, a market, and great eating options. Plus, having our own parking spot and being near the bus station was a huge plus. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were top-notch. The convenient location allowed us to explore other amazing places like Bamburgh, Hadrian's Wall, and Durham. a really clean and fantastic apartment in a great location.

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from Alnwick Gardens and great dining options. Alnwick itself is a perfect base for exploring the area, with easy access to Bamburgh, Hadrian's Wall, and Durham. Plus, the modern building had a lift, making it convenient for all.
The balcony didn't offer much of a view, but it didn't bother us much.
